How it Works:

Agency Personnel that has previously worked with a Pemberton consultant can maintain that access and experience on a monthly basis with an Agency-specific Slack channel. When they have a question, concern or cannot reach their directors or agency executives, they can Slack Pemberton for a POV, insight or counsel all intended to help your team achieve M.O.R.E. (Mapping to Organic Revenue Expansion). The agency pays a per-person access fee, and they can have up to five interactions per month with Pemberton consultants. A response to all inquiries is guaranteed within 90 minutes during regular work hours. Within three hours after hours. ​

Additionally, each month, every Prop member will receive a thought leadership piece from Pemberton CEO J. Mark Riggs. ​

Why it Works​:

When a cohort ends, often Pemberton clients do not have another cohort to be supported, or they need to tighten their professional development budgets. While Pemberton is built to engrain the principles and philosophies of M.O.R.E. to create Sustained, Strategic Growth, sometimes a former cohort member could use a refresher, or a unique point of view. Some agencies either have a Client Services lead that is stretched too thin, or they do not have one at all. Pemberton Prop is a great way to have that experience at their fingertips. ​
